I really enjoyed the ambiance at aparaat. While it may not be a strictly vegan restaurant, they offer a delicious vegan burger and tasty appetizers.

I really enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at aparaat as it is always bustling and the staff is very friendly. While I'm aware that the menu frequently changes, I was a bit disappointed to find limited vegan options when I visited. I ended up choosing the Falafel star with a side of tomato avocado salad since there were no vegan main courses available. Although it was a light meal, it was still delicious and priced at 7.5 €. Overall, I appreciate that there are vegan options at this popular spot for dinner and drinks.

There are many vegan choices at this hidden gem in the city, with a terrace for outdoor seating. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our waitress gave us fantastic vegan recommendations that were truly mouth-watering! We especially loved the lentil stew with mash potatoes and the chocolate brownie with ice cream. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

I had the curd potato and vegetable selection, and even iff I was stuffed I wanted more. Tho the curd potato should not be on the menu as main course, it's a small portion.

There was good atmosphere and the burger was delicious
