Wawa - Thorndale

I visited the restaurant tonight to use the Mac machine, but it was frozen and out of service. I was frustrated because my card was stuck halfway in. I asked the staff for assistance, but one of them was rude and unhelpful, claiming it was a bank issue. That wasn’t helpful at all! Fortunately, another employee came from the deli to assist me, and he managed to get my card out. Kudos to him for going above and beyond to help!

It's Wawa—what's not to love? The food is consistently good. However, the restrooms could use better maintenance.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this WAWA location. It was frustrating enough that I decided to reach out to the corporate office. Unfortunately, my complaint was overlooked, and it seemed that the company did not take my negative treatment seriously. A complete oversight.

Do not order food from this Wawa... the chicken sandwich was not melted cold cheese. The kids who make the food make jokes to have fun, do not pay attention to their jobs Worst wawa experience I ever had!!!

My fountain soda tasted like lemon pine sol. I asked the cashier if they just cleaned the soda machine. She said yes with a big smile. I told her and she told the manager. Hoping they clean it again
