The atmosphere is cozy and they play jazzy music while serving amazing sushi. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years and always bring my family and friends, who are now also hooked. In my opinion, it's the best sushi in Toronto!
The food is very good, prices also good, service excellent. Our only reservation is about the constant parade of take-out and delivery-pick-up agents coming through. It degrades the otherwise pleasant atmosphere, and when the delivery agents are using a bicycle, the noisy cyclist shoes are a further distraction.
This sushi restaurant is fantastic. The sushi and udon dishes are affordable, quick, and tasty. I highly recommend it.
The Kibo Sushi on Lakeshore in Etobicoke is absolutely pathetic. The only this worse than the substandard dirty take out only atmosphere is the attitude of the employees.
Having visited Japan and hailing from Asia, I found the flavors of the Karaage, Tempura, and the delightful taste of the salmon sushi to be undeniably Japanese and delicious. The overall ambiance was delightful, and when paired with Japanese AHSHI beer, the experience was truly exceptional.
