I've been a loyal customer of this strip mall restaurant for more than 10 years. during this time I had the stunning. unmistakable, served by the same dame during the previous visit. you throw and their uninterested and unrespectful level of customer service makes them unambiguously priced. I would enjoy the opportunity to share my feedback about the front of the housewife with the person(s) responsible for placing them in front of the house. my valuable and free input for the hopper hat owner. a) train the dame. b) inform them to a professional, inviting demeanor at any time. c) inform them that they should be on their best behavior because they represent their institution. two women I spoke to outside the restaurant agreed with my common sum. they also said that the dame and in general all hopper hat employees are curt. e) other reviews of hopper hat include words such as disappointing and bad service in relation to food; 1) all the stuff on the hot counter dumped items were cold. included fishing rolls and cutting, hammel rolls etc. nothing was held at a safe temperature. 2) no objects were covered. 3) I politely requested a kothu court. I guess it was microwave. of course not fresh. zero taste too. it's about the compost-hap.
I drive 30 minutes to take an authentic sri lankan from this place. there is a menu on the wall and they order on a counter, they have freshly made short eating, pattys, roti and other things that I am openly afraid to try. kotthu. and curries are good and there is also a freezer with frozen redisserie and other items. it is a good value and delicious.
I'm in the hospitality. the experience in this restaurant was under standards long wait for a server they only have one number not one customer they do not care about service. from a restaurant in Sri-Lanakn I would not expect 6 or 5 stars. service I had better service experience in most of the sri lanka restaurants in toronto. and the addition of a 15% size for even a single diner is not included in the restaurant field, the reason that was given to me was zitat when the review is added a total of 40.a automatic gratitude. if this is the case that the service staff does not care about providing service, for example the cleaning of dirty aligning the offer a drink dessert after the conclusion of the meal
I started to visit this place in 2004 when I was on my way to toronto. that was our first trip after 10 years and I had to go here. nothing has changed. you don't go to the service or to the atmosphere. this is also a...big sit-down restaurant, not just a go-out. the deliciousness of eating and seasoning is the reason. they make the best funnels (aka appams in india.) the spicy profile of sri Lanka lives is somewhat different than india and spicy that I love! they should order the hopper set that has an egg chopper and coconut milk chopper. it comes with a dry chutney called sambol and it is amazing! I also order a hammel or chicken to go with her. as we have spided for this food, we have overridden and ordered a lampries (aka dutch burger) that is an attenuated collection of a meal of rice, vegetables, meat, ei, pickles in a banana leaf! While we were there, we saw a large group of young western couples (about 15 of them), led by a food guide who introduced them into sri lanka food.
I had the hopper combo number one and we all shared a range of curry dishes. I thought it was very spicy. However, some people like it spicy. The service was average and I enjoyed the food but, I was not blown away by it.
