R & J Restaurant - Twillingate

We took a winter day drive up to Twilingate and this was the only place open! It had mixed reviews but we ate here regardless.

Stopped by on a rainy, windy fall dayThe fish and chips were greatService good and fastNice clean place overlooking the water.

Given I'm in Twillingate in early May, the harbour is iced over and a blizzard is all the rage outside, this place is fabulous.

If you are in the area please stop in and eat here! It was absolutely amazing food, and I wish I had time to try more of the menu. The staff were friendly and offered great suggestions.

We had a great evening at Georgie's Restaurant, first off, we had an amazing Server named Charlie, he went above and beyond for my family and took the time to tell us some specifics of menu items as well as helping is decide what to order. With all that, he also took his sweet time and paid attention to our 20 month old daughter and made sure her evening went the best! Aside from that, our food was amazing and the view is breathtaking! We will be returning!
