The Oyster Bar shares its occupancy with a fine restaurant by Harrah, Fiore. With about 15 super comfortable bar-style seats, it is a good way to break bread with a group of friends or just chill chat with your neighbors. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and there is no need if someone dies alone. Let's start with Oysters on a half-shell. The atlantic oysters were absolutely divine. Much smaller than the Pacific oysters, but their tiny size can seas a day! How about it with a classic bowl New England clam chowder or in some tastefully baked Green-Lipped Mussels Casino with Speck Lardons, Parmesan and bread crumbs. Delish! For the ducks we chose the Oyster Bar?s famous Specialty Pan-Roast. Served in a creamy sauce with San Marzano tomatoes, red wine, paprika, along with plentiful shrimps, scallops, mussels, rockfish and lobster. As if this is not enough, the dish is served with steamed rice. Wowed from the aromas of broth that are well married to the cream. It's warm. It's comforting. But to fight this mountain of tasty, share it with someone special or skip the appetizers overall. Left room for dessert? Use the Dessert menu of Fiore. Rumor is, the Desserts also leave a sign. See you next time?
The seafood is always fresh and cooked for perfection. The menu has since the last time we were there and it's great! Seafood Puttanesca is delicious, so well made, with layers of taste. The damped shells (or shells) never disappoint. Definitely worth a visit.

Very slow service!
