There were flies all over the doughnuts, even after informing the staff.They charged over $4 for a tiny serving of yogurt. The bathroom was clean, but they need to address the fly problem. I would recommend avoiding the doughnuts that are displayed in the case.
I enjoy being offered to add cheese to my sandwich every time, but unfortunately they never actually put it on. I would recommend just ordering a regular sandwich, as they tend to not listen to your requests for modifications.
20 minutes in the store to clear 4 customers, Drive through was hammering out, the lady at the front was all alone on her very first day, no help. When we got to order my wife wanted the cheese swirl but they were covered in
If I could leave, no stars I would. Just went through the drive-through and the guy got our order wrong three times, we said a BLT bagel three times classic BLT bagel. The man was rude not friendly at all. Basically threw the bag at my mom.. did not even apologize for his mistake. I suggest this fellow find a new job, not in the service industry.
My experience is very bad. There was still, 1 hour to close, they are not serving food even they don't have tea and supervisors (jee vee) said it's my owner policy don't serve food this time I guess tim horton distric manager should ask about it from owner .
