Sweet Bay Coffee Co - Van Buren

To put it frankly I've only been here one time. The customer service was terrible. Online they had a wide range of tea and I of course, expected such in person The person at the counter wasn't helping at all, and refused to really give me guidance. I havea hard time reading menus due to a mental disorder. So he ruined that experience for me. And he also acted like he didn't wantto be there. I will not be returning.

Sweet people, great coffee. We were traveling from California to Tennessee and stopped there in the morning. It's amazing to me how many places do not understand that you just want a cup of great coffee with half and half, but these folks did and were verysweet on top of that.

Some of the drinks are really good, but they are really slow to make them. maybe if a window order and payment was and another in the pickup order would be better

Great place to grab a delicious coffee go, or hang out catch up with a friend.

I have only stopped at the van buren sweet bay a couple times and both times they couldn't make any hot coffee... Worse coffee shop EVER! Dont waste your time there bc they only have stupid cold coffee.
