Abram went out his way to provide incredible service. The entire staff is very attentive and on the ball. I like Guacamole but Abraham made us a tortilla with Gauc and poured fantastic. I recommend it. After dinner you can cross the street and go next to the golf.
Excellence service and tacos are great, even I enjoy the delicious salsas they have for the tacos, I go there every time I can
Food is great, I order Cebollines Asados (very good), sopa azteca was also good (it would be better with a bit more salt) and tacos are tacos. Service is good, it feels like they like to help you. I’ll get back here when I get...back to Veracruz.
At the end of the year vacation I went to this place a couple of times and it was consistently good, it was very busy but service was expedite and the food arrived very quickly. I highly recommend the tacos al pastor, they are very...well made and very tasty, cooked to be juicy and well prepared with the right combination of spices. The arrachera tacos are good but not on par with the pastor ones. Guacamole was good, fresh and creamy, not too spicy. Quesadillas are solid as well. They have a couple of local brewed beers that are worth a try (I enjoyed Histórica corteza de cobre, a dark smooth beer). At the time I went, they had a Mezcal stand, which had several well accomplished mezcal, I tried a couple that the person in charge of the stand recommended and surely they were very good, is a more much complex drink than tequila (tequila is a particular-type of mezcal) so if you want to try something smokier and with a lot more amplitude on its taste give it a try, you will not be disappointed. So Giros is the right place for well priced very tasty pastor tacos with some extras, very much worth a visit.
