Sweet Frog - Waldorf

Nice and clean location, everything looks bright, fresh and organized. Staff is very professional and friendly. Even got a free cup and bracelet from a church there, handing out flyers to their church.

Multiple flavors and toppings. It's weighed so be mindful because the price can be hefty. Overall the place was clean and customer service was good. I always get vanilla or plain then add my toppings.

I did not realize that there is a Sweet Frog on Festival way, waldorf until my daughter pointed out. i have taken the whole family there yesterday for a good dessert . Being able to help yourself with so many varieties of toppings was always a good thing. The kids love to customize their own ice cream which is a very good option when going to sweet frog. The place was clean and nicely set up .The label on each machine was clear and easy to read. The topping area was clean and well organized.The cashier was very courteous and was able to clearly explain how I could sign up for discount. Overall, the service was good and the kids love going there.So will will definitely go there again. 10/08/2020 So far so good. The establishment is always clean the ladies that work there are very friendly. Good loyalty program even got a coupon on Father's day. No complaints.

Great selection of yogurts and non yogurt frozen flavors. My favorite is Dole's frozen whipped pineapple and seasonal pumpkin flavors. There's plenty of various toppings to choose from as well like fresh fruits, candies, nuts, hot fudge, whip cream, etc ???? The Waldorf, Maryland store is super clean, roomy, and well managed.
