Express Cafe Catering - Watsonville

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant at Laguna Seca last weekend and ordered the pulled pork quesadilla, which was served with chipotle mayo and a delicious salsa for dipping. It was a real treat for my taste buds! If you're planning to stop by, I highly recommend trying the pulled pork quesadilla—you won't be disappointed. I even had the chance to shake hands with the chef, who I believe is named Todd. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up going back for a second one! I recently attended the Monterey County Fair and had the most incredible sandwich I've ever tasted from a catering service there. The pork was incredibly tender and infused with a rich smoky flavor, all served on a wonderfully chewy roll. It was topped with delicious coleslaw, but when I approached the chef to compliment him, he invited me to try the meat on its own, and it was simply fantastic. This experience is exactly why the Michelin Guide exists—to showcase restaurants that are truly worth visiting. I wholeheartedly recommend making the trip to Watsonville; it’s absolutely worth it.
