I've never been to a Tim Hortons where they mess up every order every single time if you have any kind of special instructions they don't care. They just make things the way they want to make them and I wouldn't write this review unless it happened every single day. That lady MICHELLE is so unprofessional! Don 't even know how to entertain properly a costumer. Where is your costumer service go? She is so rude!!! How can the owner never take action on this! She is not worth her title! Teach her some manners please!
