This location is incredibly frustrating... I choose it for its convenience, but the number of times my order has been incorrect is outrageous. I feel like I’ve wasted a lot of money because of their lack of attention and expertise.
The cashier was very rude. I simply wanted to ask how long my order would take, and I received a confrontational response. I waited a long time without being served, and when my order finally arrived, it was incorrect.
Bought a bagel and single scoop of butter that came with it was very little.Being profitable is important for franchisees but cutting corners in food is not the right way.
Come this morning for the breakfast the lady who took my order made it totally wrong order pluse the stuff is very rude when i ask my order is wrong rude customer
