S'presso 101 - West Launceston

I was really disappointed this time around, I ordered the "Canadian Breakfast" on the menu it stated served with Delicious Pancakes, fresh cream, ice cream, maple syrup and bacon! When it came to the table it was served with Waffles 1 piece of bacon and about a teaspoon of Maple syrup in a jug, and the waffles were stone cold and tough. When I took it back to the counter to let the staff know of the mistake and the coldness, I was told by a staff member that it is a pancake mix just made in a waffle machine because it's easier! And I'm guessing it was the manager who was standing there as well (didn't give good customer service when I went to order) all she did was roll her eyes at me! So I get my meal fix (well that's what I was expecting) the waffles were microwaved with the bacon on top so now my bacon is like a rock not remade and served to what the menu stated! My partner also had breakfast (ordered the same as he did about 1 month ago, he even has a photo of the breakfast from a month ago) it was half the size this time! Still the same price! Only thing nice there this morning it was nice and warm! Sorry but it was really disappointing...

My sister and i went there for lunch for her birthday it must have new owners as it was very poor half the items on the menu were not available i had a pie which had been in the oven for far too long it came with salad which was out of a bag not very fresh and no dressing the staff were not as friendly as the people that used to be in there do not think i will be going back i feel that they are just going through the process which is not good in a restaurant as well as the service was very slow

Excellent coffee, extracted well, good temperature on steamed milk so coffee not ruined. Lovely finish.

We live just around the corner and often go here for a coffee, we are always welcomed by the friendliest staff and their food is very nice also. I do believe that it has now got new owners I look forward to checking it out again soon. Highly recommend for anyone In Launceston

Went here for a milkshake for father and daughter outing. Staff were friendly, place was clean and service was fast. Highly recommended.
