Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub - Whistler

We had a really good meal at this restaurant and the service was good as well.They had a happy hour (5-7pm) which made the drinks a little bit cheaper and they had some really good local craft beers.All the food was really good and the prices compared quite favourably with the rest of Whistler.

Stayed in the Pan Pacific hotel and ate at the pub. The food was amazing. Sat on the patio with great atmosphere and amazing views.

During a family reunion in Whistler, we all had lunch at Dubh Linn Gate. The food tasted fantastic and the service was great! I had the lettuce wrap appetizer. I was expecting to receive the ingredients and lettuce leaves to make my own creation. Unfortuanylet I received only 4 lettuce leaves premade. Although they tasted amazing, it was not enough and I do enjoy creating my own. The group was a total of 13 people and we sat on the patio! Unfortunately, due to the forest fires in British Columbia we were unable to see much of the spectacular views that Whistler/Blackcomb is known for. The day was very hot and the patio had water misters' set up, so that was a very nice treat! Normally the views would be incredible and for that alone, a visit to the patio is needed!

Great place for a drink and a bite to eat. Our food was great and the price wa reasonable. The only draw back which annoyed my husband more than me was the fact there was no Guinness on draught. Being from Northern Ireland we found this very odd. There was Guinness stout but that was it. My husband had some other ale I believe but it would have been nice to have a taste of home. Otherwise a great establishment!
