Amazing sourdough bags and sourdough cinnamon rolls were exceptional. The vegan Cashew cream frosting clearly uses dark magic as it was phenomenal. It is almost worth the ride to Whistler only for this bakery! will definitely come back

Loaves are high hydration with mile-high crumb. Plus amazing cookies, tartine, carrot cake, baguettes.
Like the bakeries in Switzerland! Oh my gosh the integrity here is outstanding. The selection vast. The textures and flavors divine and everything is organic vegan. THANK YOU! Only open Thurs-Sat early hours now so check the website before heading over. You do not have to pre-order here you can just show up. But if you do pre-order then they’ll have it for you special. I got the gluten-free mountain bread, a savory butternut squash bread (like a fluffy pizza), a carrot cake, homemade hummus and don’t miss the LAVENDER LATTE! 100% yes.
