Dunkin' - YORKTOWN HEIGHTS

This is my favorite restaurant. I dine at many places, but I visit this one the most. The food is of high quality, and the cooking is incredibly delicious. I've never had a disappointing meal here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

They have many come along offers but you need to have the offers coupon. I noticed that two (2) clients didn't purchase because of the coupons. Nothing spectacular on services, after all it is a chain store.

I attempt to visit almost every day, but every time I interact with the young staff behind the counter, my orders always seem to be misunderstood. They often respond with frustration and disrespect when I try to clarify my order. It might be better for me to go into the city instead. However, the staff is always so lovely and sweet; perhaps it’s just a matter of timing for my visits. It’s really disappointing.

The older lady at the counter was likely the rudest person I've ever encountered. I'm walking out of this place right now in utter disgust.
