The pizza was perfect – it folded right and I ate it with great pleasure. I read the past reviews and I saw (again – I read/hear this all the time about Pizza Napoletana people complaining about the middle of the pizza being too soggy/flabby/moisty. I am not a pro pizza expert, but I am an experienced pizza eater ; and I know that's how the Pizza Napoletana should be (although I think soggy and flabby are not the right terms as they sound pejorative; maybe thin and soft? . Such comments make me sooo angry! This pizza was soft and thin in the middle, as I like it, and I cannot wait to have it again!<br/ 4.5 because the atmosphere was a bit too trendy for my liking (I felt more like in Milan, where I am from, than in Naples , but it's really just my taste.
