I was given Room 6 which was nicely decorated and furnished, etc with a lovely shower room BUT air conditioning/chiller units under the window to apparently keep their cellar cool! These came on and off until 12.30 am! So a dreadful nights sleep in this establishment and the managers didn’t apologise or offer to do anything about it when I called them in desperation for them to turn them off they knew I was in room 6! So obviously the dog of the available rooms. The room is tiny so very difficult to move around a double bed if you have luggage. Not impressed!

Le patron, Jacques, passe à chaque table prendre la température et ressentir les clients. C'est très rare maintenant et mérite d'être souligné. Une adresse à noter dans son carnet, je recommande fortement, vous ne serez pas déçus !!!

Two baked potatoes and a twisty fry. How do you mess up that bad. Called rax manager said it was doordashs fault. And said there was nothing he could do. He needs to take customer service class . You fix the situation regardless whose fault it is. You dont bypass it and not appear apologetic. My last time ordering this. I used to be a manager in fast food. You fix regardless and always sincerely apologize.
