The wait at the drive thru was very, very long and when I read my receipt, I saw that I paid $13 for one small scoop in a cup, and one small milkshake. There is a bignow hiring sign at this Brusters. Maybe they lost their staff when school went back into session ????? I love that they are openlate, but the business side could use a little work. The young girl there when I went looked about 12 years old.

I have visited this same establishment enoughto know. From this point, we are starting to back off. On the flip side we have found top-tier ice cream at great prices.

The manager is always fooling around I?ve seen heroutside smoking shooting the breeze with people and when I have complained very polite she fixes it but doesn?t care to dobetter. This is not a hangout spot your at work. This is an establishment to serve the people of Gardendale good food. It?s notdifficult but no one cares, this is frustrating because I work in the food industry myself. A manager serves. A manager leads byexample. And if ur gonna work in food then don?t serve something u wouldn?t eat period. And don?t make excuses put a fire underu and get things done!
