20.04.2023 - 11:20Food was good, service was very poor. The music was too loud which meant the other dinners around us were shouting over it. We had to wait for drinks for 15 minutes when the bar was empty. We were served by most of the members of staff but had to ask them to serve us, they were not attentive

30.03.2023 - 19:19This is one of any number of Chinese restaurants on Burwood Road in Sydney, the City's second China Town strip outside of Haymarket in the City proper. The restaurant is an early opener, the hours being 10 am to 10 pm, 7 days of the...week. Being a great fan of BBQ'd meats, the array hanging in the window of this restaurant caught my eye. Just a small room but the tables were busy with a Chinese clientele, always a good sign. On offer is your usual menu for a small restaurant, but focussing on BBQ meats in this case. I didn't have time to sit down for a meal on this day, but I made a mental note to return. Instead I ordered an array of Chopped BBQ Pork, Roast Pork and Duck to take home. I really loved the BBQ Pork which had been chopped finely rather than in the larger hunks I have grown used to. The spice mixture used to cure the BBQ pork was redder in colour and a tiny bit spicier than I am used to and I really liked that. The thing that really impressed me was that a customer who was before me was a bit confused about prices and her change. The staff were happy to walk her through it cent by cent without showing any impatience. Eventually they moved with her to one of the tables and took out all her purchases and bill and were still trying to help her when I was done. I took a card and determined to return here the very next time I was in Burwood.

25.01.2023 - 07:29Really huge servings for a good price and excellent quality thai food. Service is good although the tables are weirdly proportioned and you sometimes end up sharing tables with other people. Another downside is that they don't do split bills and have $30 eftpos minimum which is a bit steep but other than that probably one of the best thai places in Chatswood. Good place to go for a laid back dinner with friends.

14.01.2023 - 16:44I love the location and decor, definitiw a point of difference to the other bars out there. the taco sushi was different and definitiw a combination of the two cultures. I love the melodies, upbeat and I want to dance in every song.

07.01.2023 - 10:50We stayed in Bondi Beach recently and ate at fishbowl twice, it was actually really good. We tried the tuna bowl, chicken bowl and the prawn bowl. All so good and all tasted completely different. I find poke bowls all end up (usually) tasting the same, so this was impressive. Super quick turn out and each bowl was made fresh every time. The price however is not so great, but we were on holiday and YOLO right?, so I could be biased in this sense.

30.12.2022 - 07:32Absolutely outstanding. Everything was so delicious. A bit too much coriander but that's my bad I should have asked for none to be added. Favourite Indian restaurant for sure. Forever my favourite saag paneer no one else does it like they do. Boyfriend loves his chicken as well. And veg pakora was unreal as always

06.12.2022 - 23:04Very quaint French restaurant I had the venison roll followed by the chickpea ragout everything was delicious nicely presented from start to finish would definitely recommend. polite staff and a relaxed atmosphere something straight out of france. a hidden gem.
