Lire plus To sum up in brief, we went there to eat a small meal as a nice end to a good day. However, what seemed like a nice Italian place, turned out to be a big disappointment. At first we noticed immediately the service was pretty terrible. The servers were practically hiding in the kitchen, we had to wait for lengthy periods of time to get any attention from the staff. When it came to the food, the initial free bread that was given out was the same as the pre-made baguettes you would find in a supermarket (that only needed heating up in an oven). We only ordered a aubergine parmigiana starter, and a pasta course. When the starter arrived, it was clear this had all just been chucked into the dish and slapped under a broiler to heat up for what must have been a few minutes. I couldn’t eat anymore due to its gloopy and undercooked texture, not to mention the fact it was lukewarm. When the pasta arrived, we must say it was perfectly cooked. However, the pasta had not been seasoned properly, and we decided to leave it as it lacked flavour. I have never left a bad review for any place. I was not even planning on doing so until the server or what seemed like the manager of the establishment, was quite rude to us and confrontational about our complaint. Despite the fact we paid full price. I would never come here again, and would strongly advise anyone considering to come here to go to the other and much better quality Italian places around Hammersmith and Barnes.

We'll be back.

Our corner table was ready and we were seated straight away, staff were very friendly. The decor was nice and it wasn’t loud so we were able to converse easily.... Amazing place! we had set this for a high-time reception and the staff was phenomenal, we were a huge group and yet the staff and manager sorted everything perf...
