The waiter had a hard time hearing us and we did have to speak louder to hear each other, which amplified the noise. The food was delicious and the wait service was impeccable. They do not have a special cocktail menu but will serve you what you wish, so think of a drink ahead of time.

The service was prompt and they had us seated quickly and were very attentive. We had our drinks quickly, our food quickly, and it was hot. We didn't have to look for anything or ask for anything and the manager came out by the end to see how everything went. They were proactive with fixing the previous experience and had a great time. Definitely will go back as usual. My wife, her parents, and I went to cracker barrel as we routinely do for Sunday dinner to enjoy a good meal but it didn't turn out as planned. We had a small wait to be seated which was not a problem and we were seated for a reasonable amount of time. We sat down and begin to talk and about 5 to 10 minutes in we realized our server has not been to the table we tried to catch someone to ask them but he finally came out. He took our drink orders and we requested to make our food order at the same time, our server Benjamin took our orders but never came back from the back for at least another 15 minutes with our drink order and biscuits. He was spilling water everywhere from his carrying board but no one complained we just asked for plates, jelly, and napkins but once again he disappeared to the back for another extended period of time while our table was wet. He finally returned with napkins but no plates or jelly to eat, which we reminded him and he returned to the back for another 5 minutes. He finally came back with the plates but brought two grape jelly containers for the table, which we asked for a few more to have at least one for each person. Benjamin returned 5 minutes later to another table which we caught him and he gave them to us. We sat and waited and realized all of the servers were active but ours and the one or two other tables he had they also we waiting. We realized we have been waiting for food for about an hour and saw people that came in after us recieve their food or were finishing up to leave. I had to find someone to ask to get our server and after a few more minutes he came with our food. We asked for condiments, a knife, and a refill but he disappeared again. I ended up asking someone else for a knife and finding the condiments on another table. My father-in-law expressed that something was wrong with his meatloaf and his ham which we asked for someone to get our server, which he came out after about five minutes to say he will get the manager. John the manager came out maybe 10 minutes later after we almost finished our food and my father-in-law was waiting. We explained the situation to John which he didn't seem concerned about how long we waited or the service. He also didn't move urgently in reference to the issue with the meal which he mentioned about something else being ordered but by then we were over it and ready to go. We have been frequent customers on Sundays for years and it is often apart of our tradition but this has been the worst experience we have had there and is unacceptable.

The service is often cruel, it seems as if they hire family friends or something, and then they don't fire at terrible waiters. I didn't have orders for half an hour or no refill of water for 20 minutes. What really killed me is that I asked her to warm up a sandwich for me, and they refused because it diverted the rules. I told them they could just put it in the microwave, that would ruin the sandwich, they said without asking my opinion. And then the owner told me that he had taken the order that if I didn't eat the sandwich in the way they wanted me to eat it, they didn't take care of my money. Well, this place is good, but they don't make sandwiches the caliber of the cook that I'm gonna let my food dictate. Absolutely terrible customer service, they were very rude, and in my opinion there are enough other places to get big food that it is not worth. Try the 320 market that is very close in the area, has great food, and everyone is really nice.

I love cracker barrel, that's the best! The amount of food they give you for the price is great. It has a beautiful atmosphere, and there is a funny little shop... They have great coffees from all over the world and I enjoyed many of them. They also offer numerous special drinks and are good at making your drink your exact taste. I even suggested a special drink and before I knew it, they had it on the menu. I'm not a big tea drinker, but I bought tea for others and they loved it. I also see others drink their favorite teas there. You sell coffee on the pound and cans tea so that you can your favorites at home if you want. You can have a breakfast sandwich, pastries, various salads, wraps and other sandwiches (I highly recommend the Cosmic Grilled Cheese). They also advertise that they do catering, but I never did it myself. Make sure to give your name and create an account and your loyalty will earn you a free drink. Several other coffee houses in this area have come and gone, but Crescent Moon Coffee Tea has endured. If you have not been, you should go and see why they are the best coffee shop around.
