You need a sign in the drive thru that reads “ These items must be ordered inside” this would save your customers time and you would be more effective at time management. Second- your staff needs a shot of espresso! When taking orders- it would be good to go ahead and make the order instead of waiting for a signature- this would be greatly appreciated by the working force. All most people want is a coffee and it’s takes so long to get that because you’re either standing around waiting or too busy with another customers intricate order.
