Once seated, our waitress was prompt, but very distracted with other things, drinks and appetizer came timely, but no silverware, napkins or small plates, after asking, the plates were brought, but still no silverware or napkins, asked again and they still weren't brought. After sitting for an hour our food was brought out, but one of the meals was missing, (still no silverware or napkins, had to ask again) several minutes later the waitress arrived and said that the missing meal was no longer available. She offered suggestions a different meal was chosen and I asked if it would be a long wait, she said she didn't know, and walked away, shortly later arriving with the manager bonus.. they brought back silverware and napkins, but also brought a really nasty attitude.. I simply asked how long the meal would be as we weren't going to eat minus one in our party.. the response I got was... we're busy??!!! I then asked why we weren't notified about the choice being unavailable when our order was submitted and again told that they were busy!! I told him to give the check for our drinks and appetizer and we would be leaving and his reply was, well you can stay or you can go.. so so so rude, unprofessional and disgusting behavior to good paying customers, it was our first time in and we'll never be back!
