Also due to the pressure of the staff and what they deliver is similar....in a club sandwich how come the ham-bacon is burnt. Did they not realize that it was not fit for consumption; I got a package of 2 club sandwiches yesterday at noon and when we opened the package we found that the sausage was burnt and smelled. Also something that struck me... in a restaurant, how is it possible for the serving staff not to wear a hat or a cap so that some hair does not fall into the food. For example the manager had her hair loosely tied and because with the movements she made over the food trays it was easy to find some blonde hair. Kat, but the staff who were outside collecting the trays and cleaning the tables were very helpful despite the panic that was happening.
