Absolute terrible experience here. The manager was rude and had a terrible level of professionalism. The restaurant staff brings the quality of this hotel down... I had a voucher for free breakfast for 2 adults and because of that, the manager had an attitude from the moment we walked in. He tried telling us that it was only worth $20 although when I called hotels.com and IHG they both said that I was correct and that the stay included free breakfast for 2 adults. The front desk staff said it was up to the restaurant manager and they wouldn't honor the voucher I paid for through hotels.com. After 40 minutes of going back and forth on the phone, and missing my entire breakfast with my family, the restaurant manager agreed to honor what should have been done in the first place. Absolutely unnecessary experience with such a beautiful hotel. P.S. Whether I booked through 3rd party or not, the offer should have been honored especially since IHG seen the breakfast included for 2 adults on their end. I plan to also send a review to IHG on behalf of this situation. Never had such an experience at any other Holiday inn I've ever booked at through hotels.com and I've paid for the voucher many times and have NEVER been told it couldn't be used.
