We have been in winter to enjoy hearty mountain food and in summer to enjoy summer menu on the terrasse. The menus are simple and delicious. A taste of France for non French visitors. A good place to go for lunch or dinner with friends and family. Some more vegetarian options would be good. A place we will keep taking friends and visitors back to.

We were seated upstairs and although simply furnished was lovely and warm in contrast to the very cold weather outside. The waiter who looked after us was excellent and spoke great English. All of us opted to have a dish called montagnarde a variety of meats with hot cheese. We opted for 'special ' meats. Assume this meant a better selection. However, the plateful that he brought each of us contained an excellent variety of local meats. The cheese was melted from a large round close to our table and the waiter brought us regular top ups until we could eat no more. Delicious. The cost for the main course was €25 per person. The night we were there seemed to be mostly locals with a few tourists mixed in and it had a lovely atmosphere. Would recommend.

Félicitations aux gérants qui malgré la crise du covid ont su maintenir leurs snacks sympas et gourmets !
