The flat white was quite acidic for my taste and didn’t feel well balanced. What really disappointed me was the service. When ordering the first cup, the staff didn’t catch my name and just started writing a random one. When I tried to spell it out, he seemed impatient. For the second order, he didn’t ask for a name at all and just wrote “FW” on the cup. I thought maybe he remembered me, but clearly not. The coffee itself was average, and the lack of basic courtesy from the staff really took away from the experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
