Las Puertas Buffalo

Buffalo is happy to have such an amazing restaurant. everything about the decor, the menu and the experience is extremely well thought out. I would stop hearing the negative assessments that the proportions are too small or it is too expensive. my experience was that at the end of the meal I can only accept, I am completely tired. they turn the menu seasonal and it's amazing to see what the cooks with what is available. the wine pairings are also very well thought out and supplement the dishes. everything is also well seasoned, with several elements that increase the dish (salty, sweet, acidic, texture) the cocktails should also be simple, but be made good so that they can taste any element. I would not recommend to everyone. it is not for those who are used for their classic American or French white table experience, or someone who wants to stuff their face. this is defined quality compared to quantity. However, if they have a great appreciation of the time and thoughts that go into a tasting menu, a culinary adventure and an open mind, I would encourage them to visit. chef victor, you and your team!

Las puertas is one of the most unique culinary experiences in buffalo. Imagine there was a NYC style restaurant in the heart of the west side maintenance some of the most creative dishes around that is las puertas. chef victor pours his heart and his soul in every eating and it is so obvious when they try his incredible dishes. this is an experience and not its typical night out. I threw my friend a surprise 30th birthday and victor pulled out all the stations and made it one night she will remember for the rest of her life. if they are looking for an unforgettable evening or on the look to celebrate their special someone with one of the most unforgettable meals of their year, consider them puertas!

This was our second time dining and chef Victor brings authenticity and creativity to each dish they were all delicious and had a lot of heart. We looked forward to this menu change and will be back for future innovations. Thank you Las Puertas!

Dishes creative and tasty but too expensive $125 per person for what it was we left hungry we were 6 and asked not to rush through hardly anyone else there but were rushed . Server was good but when she was busy I asked for a glass to another server who nodded her head towards the other server and got on her cell phone albeit glasses were right in front of her. Wine selection is normal but all at $85 a bottle much too expensive. Bottle of white wine was extremely cold. Plates were at least beautiful. I have lived all over the world and have had dinner in many upscale restaurants this is one I would not return to nor recommend.

Absolutely amazing. the ribs and the pumpkin tamal dessert were great. coming from nyc this is the next in buffalo to nyc restaurants I could find here
