Mountain Mikes Pizza - Carmichael

I don't see this location being open much longer. We went on a Saturday at 3pm it was empty. The place was dirty. We ordered a large pikes peak. And wanted 24 plain wings. But they did not have the wings. They said they only had the wings that already have the sauce on them. They have signs for military discount. But no one working knew how to give the discount. The food was just okay. It came to our table cold. And the wings are not the same wings we have ate at Mountain Mike's before. They taste like wings that are bought at Smart and Final. The pizza suppose to have 6 toppings on it. It only had 4, and they tried to cover the pizza with ham. The soda from the fountain drinks taste funny. So either dirty water or dirty machine. Also the place smells musty, almost like mold. I would stay away from this location.

No matter how often I come here for pickup, the order is never on time. It’s been 5 consecutive orders that I’ve picked up and they have NEVER ONCE been on time. They’ve always made me wait an additional 10 minutes minimum. Today, a very obtuse girl with braids took an insanely long phone order while a small army of men casually disregarded us as we waited in line for 8 solid minutes. Then, 9 minutes after my order was scheduled to be DONE, it’s still not ready. After 20 minutes of waiting past my PROMISE TIME, I demand a refund because we need to eat, I have a family on a food schedule, and they can’t even find my order to refund!! EDIT: the saga doesn’t end. Someone called me an HOUR after my promise time asking me about picking up my order. Then they say they have no idea about my refund. Then they say they have no idea who wrote down my information. I’m calling my credit card company today to request a charge back and I’m going to be escalating this complaint to corporate. Yes, call me a Karen but this is an ongoing issue with this location! Look at the reviews! They’re all the same. As mentioned, they’re never EVER on time ever and they have the gall to lie and tell me “sometimes we get busy” no, you are inept and incompetent and inconsiderate and incapable of managing a business. Don’t pretend like it’s an isolated incident, look at your reviews. I’m genuinely disappointed because this place is .02 miles from my house and I can never go back and now I have to tell everyone I meet at every medical conference I go to just how terrible they are.

Ordered for delivery, never had a problem with them before, but this time the pizza came late, after their “promised” time. Luckily they had a coupon for the bread sticks to be free, so I didn’t pay for them but I wouldn’t order them ever, they’re thin, hard, dry, flavorless slices of bread with sesame seeds on them?? They also charge extra for ranch, whatever I get it I guess but if I’m paying extra for something, you’d think they would at least bring it? The guy arrived, was talking on the phone, I asked him if he brought ranch because I didn’t see any and he looked at me funny, I told him I ordered 2 ranches he looked at the receipt said “oh… I won’t charge you, okay?” Like I had any other choice, as if he would’ve went back got them for me, even if he had my pizza probably would’ve been cold by the time he got back, leaving me to have to either go to the store spend even more money on a whole thing of ranch, or try to enjoy my pizza without it. Hopefully the refund for that pops up soon since it hasn’t yet, total waste of money will stick to dominos from now on, they even have a system where you can track them so you’re not just wondering if your pizza will ever show up after waiting an hour

So disappointed, last week I got a personal pineapple luau pizza! It was amazing! Probably the best pizza I ever had. Today, I ordered a small of the same pizza for pick up! What a gigantic difference, I couldn't taste any bbq sauce at all and the pineapple was definitely put on after cooking and was cold! I spent $13.99 for a small pizza that I didn't even finish one piece!

First time in and highly recommend! Great pizza and phenomenal customer service! Will definitely be back.
