Ipsum Vinoteca - Leeds

Unfortunately this restaurant did not live the expectations. the menu reads very well, but we found eating quite bland and tasteless, but exceptionally expensive.

I had an absolutely great time in ipsum vinoteca, the service was great, eating out of the order made and is fantastic and the wine list is great and affordable. I recommend it!

We had dinner after a long day at 9 o'clock, and it was exactly what the doctor ordered. rumpsteak was superb as filet and full of playful taste. a vegetarian option with mozzarella was just as good. there is a list of about 300 Italian weeping to all preisen. we had a 10 y o turasi (the answer of the south on barolo) and it was the actual. the quality of the food and drink makes sense when you know that eating comes locally in yorkshire and that the wee comes from an importer who employs smaller Italian breeders. meat from a farm in ripon is organic and properly suspended. the menu changes daily and reflects the best products available on the day. the it area is unfussy, fed with little decoration except a wall with bottled wine. on Thursday evening there is a live jazz performance, maybe a little intrusive if you want a quiet tete a tete, but of course you can choose another day. eating is reasonably expensive. I would like to go back and try one of the many bottles of wine to around £30, which would make for a very cheap dinner, but I was really impressed to find a great turasi in Britain that was worth the £60 asking price well. the mains were about 15 pounds. besides an award-winning list of Italian wines, ipsum has a large number of Italian craftsmen. weine, beer and also balsamico vinegar and olive oils can be bought to take away. So, a restaurant and wineable that sells very, very good food and wein in an unpredictable style in an unpredictable environment and delivers real quality. we will return definitiw.

Most amazing host, accomodated requests for prosseco to be brought to the table after we sat down and even went out and got flowers! Couldnt have asked for a better place to pick to eat and the food was deleicious as wel great place
