Pizza Shuttle - Milwaukee

I placed a order for delivery, the delivery person gave my order to the wrong house and told me to call the store for a refund or to have the order re-sent. I called the store and waited on hold for 40 minutes just for the employee to answer the phone and say they were going to get a manager that never came to the phone!!! I called domino?s head quarters and had to wait on hold for an hour just to speak with someone, I?ve never experienced customer service this terrible before in my life! 7 days later no refund, no pizza. Poor treatment to a loyal customer!

I've never had a bad experience with this Domino's location. The food has always been just what I wanted and the delivery drivers have all been great. That's over the last five years and 20-30 orders. When Lisa's Pizza is closed, this is my go to.

The worst experience ever. I went in ordered my pizza. They forgot to even hand it to me or tell me it was ready. Then I called when I got home to tell them my pizza was wrong and the white man who answers the phone refused to do anything about and on top of that he hung up in my face. I called back and told him I?m the girl he hung up on and did it again. Then just completely stopped answering. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They literally don?t care about their customers.

Want them to deliver a pizza, make no note of it and just leave it by the door, just for you to find out the order is completely wrong? And as a bonus, have them not answer the phone when you try to call about it? Go here!

If I could give them a negative star I would. I ordered a large pizza and 2 bottle sodas. I get there, the place is not busy and no customers are there. I was given my order, I get home to find out I was only given one soda. I call SEVERAL times and placed on lengthy holds (again they weren 't busy)...I finally get through and I 'm told that they can 't give a refund but that they would text me a gift card. Wow!! I get a text a WEEK later with a link to a Dominoe 's gift card. I text back and asked that someone actually CALL me...I get a text back asking what can I help you with? How unprofessional! I let them know that this was not an appropriate way to reach an unhappy customer and that it was laughable that they ASSUMED I 'd EVER want to patronize this business again by offering a DOMINOE 'S gift card. I WANTED MY MONEY the same way I GAVE IT TO YOU! Never again!!
