Évidemment, les serveurs les avaient oubliés et la cuisine ne comprenait pas que cette table n'avait pas d'ordre de cuisine. Comment les serveurs ont-ils passé un service entier devant une table non réservée? Comment n'a-t-on pas pu voir dans la cuisine qu'il n'y avait pas de commande pour cette table ? Parce que la chambre est petite avec 25 couvertures... Ma sœur et son mari sont si gentils qu'ils ont attendu plus d'une heure avant de demander une serveuse. Encore 20 minutes avant que le chef ne veuille venir à leur table pour s'excuser et offrir avec une grande bonté un neuvième repas offert! Je suis outré par peu de considération dans un restaurant étoilé. Certes, le repas était excellent selon leurs paroles, mais l'étoile Michelin est conditionnée par un tout. En bref, des erreurs et des choses oubliées se produisent, doit-il encore être correctement compensé derrière... Je m'attendais à ce que leur retour parte... Je passerai mon chemin ! PS: Ma soeur est encore trop gentille pour poster une opinion négative. Comme c'était mon cadeau pour elle, je m'occupe du commentaire.

We were thrilled with the drinks choices and further impressed with the service. Our waitress Yasmin...provided exceptional service. We will be back next time we visit!

Especially those chicken wings (best I've had in a very long time) Barman was quick with drinks, especially making the cocktails. Bao was great light and soft chicken was cooked to perfection. Cant wait to come back to Edinburgh, this will be my first stop!
